During that first discussion we will each list and compare five areas of concern about the business you operate.   Together will chose the five that make the most sense. We will provide our suggestions and/or recommendations on improvement or change. If there is no value to you, then we will end our conversation with only one request from us: "Tell someone you know"!

We will analyze, inspect, critique and then advise...
